When I finally made the decision to have my website professionally designed and coded, I knew I wanted to have a BLOG attached. Why?, you may be wondering. Well, the truth is, I LOVE to WRITE! I have a daily journaling practice and also have shared personal stories on my Instagram feed multiple times. It turns out that my writing shares have gotten more likes and comments than my clothing and shop posts. And as much as I love putting everything on the 'gram, I also wanted to have a dedicated place for my writing and thoughts to live, all together.
Of course I contemplated starting a Substack, however the mere thought of having another platform to master and think about, just NO. So here we are. Welcome to the official unofficial blog of Hilary Star de Roy, aka The Royal Native, aka Le Royal Native.
